Next Level Property Management Pricing

Straightforward and Transparent Pricing

We believe in keeping our pricing simple and easy to understand. Our standard management fee is 10% of gross rents, which covers the vast majority of our day-to-day property management services.

✅ Included in the 10% Management Fee:

Rent collection and accounting
Maintenance coordination
Routine property inspections
Tenant communication and support
Lease enforcement and notices
Monthly and annual financial reports
Online owner portal access
24/7 emergency response for tenants

The only additional charge is for finding and placing a brand-new tenant, as this is a time-intensive and costly process.

🔍 Tenant Placement Service (Charged Separately):

We handle the entire leasing process to ensure the right tenant is placed in your property. This service includes:

Professional marketing and advertising
Scheduling and conducting showings
Detailed tenant screening (credit, background, income, rental history)
Lease preparation and signing
Move-in inspection with photo documentation

Tenant placement fee: 50% of first months rent ($1000 minimum)
